I find that if it tastes good, I have to spit it out. lol I do like a rice cake with some sugar free peanut butter on it. I make turkey tacos ahead of time, so I can just nuke it. to put on lettuce salad.

I chop some celery, onion, green peppers and other things ahead for a weeks worth to put into containers and will make omletes from egg beaters whenever I am strapped for much time. I buy low carb wraps and use a pizza sauce with turkey pepperoni and the cut veggies and put on some low fat mozerella cheese on. I made this up ahead of time and put in the freezer so all I have to do it bake or nuke it. I also take a turkey breast and roast. Always have chunks cut up on hand to throw in a salad or slices to put on a low carb pita. I also like brussel sprouts and will coat with some olive oil and sprinkle on some Rosemary and roast them. So good! So I am eating more healthy. Funny thing is, sweets weren't my biggest down fall to get me into trouble, it was carbs in bread, pasta, potatoes etc as well as portion sizes. Also the fact that I drank sugar free fruit juices by the gallon, Thinking it was good for me! lolNEEDLEWINGShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11309750859967951816noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2603240159922174149.post-51530349452375633672010-03-16T10:16:35.606-04:002010-03-16T10:16:35.606-04:00You can do it! Grilled chicken breasts from McDonalds and KFC are delicious and about 120 calories. For the side, I get apples and caramel dip at McDs (100 cals) and kernel corn at KFC (70 cals). Good luck!Leshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01530882137256350070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2603240159922174149.post-26047112946928949312010-03-15T06:36:30.174-04:002010-03-15T06:36:30.174-04:00Hello,

My hubby is a fantastic cook, very healthy, but I'm blaming him for being an enabler now. That won't get me very far.LINDA BYLSMAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14856760752277241966noreply@blogger.com
